LSLTTT HOLDINGS LLC (DOING BUSINESS AS “PUDGY PENGUINS”) CELEBRATES REPRESENTATION, INCLUSIVITY AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL, THROUGH ITS COMMUNITY, WEB3 INITIATIVES AND COLLECTIONS OF NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS (“NFT”) BASED ON THE ETHEREUM BLOCKCHAIN TO WHICH ARE ATTACHED VISUAL ASSETS REPRESENTING UNIQUE, WADDLING AND DIVERSE PENGUINS (“PUDGY PENGUINS NFT”).
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) RULE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PUDGY PENGUINS AND ANY PERSON (“USER”, “YOU”) ACCESSING AND/OR USING PUDGY PENGUINS’ WEBSITE (WWW.PUDGYPENGUINS.COM, ALSO REFERRED TO HEREIN AS “PUDGY PENGUINS WEBSITE”).

Shipping information
Please keep in mind that the product does not include potential taxes and duties charges which my be applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country. Shipping cost and period is different between the countries, but it would not exceed more than 3 weeks.
Cancellation and A/S Policy
This product is not eligible for return & refund as they contain digital content as a primary purchase benefit and a unique code to redeem the digital content is enclosed with each product. Cancellations can be made on the site within 7 days (14 days for EU) of purchase, after which no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances
Return Policy
- Refunds can be requested 30 days from your original purchase date. Product must be unused, and in it's original packaging. All returns are subject to review before issue of refund.
- In order to request a refund, please contact support@pudgypenguins.io
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping if the item has already been shipped
However, A/S are available for the following reasons only.
Reasons forA/S
- If there is any missing components
- If there is any defective components
Within 7 days of receiving the product, you can apply for after sales service with your order number and attachments. Submitting unboxing videos and product images are required. Seller will certify in the same way that there was no problem with the product.
A/S Process
- Please provide the following information to customer service web3biz@daehong.co.kr
a) Order number
b) Pictures and unpacking video of the related products
(*The unpacking video must be started with unpacking the
delivery box) - The seller will check the request and the seller’s product records to see if A/S is possible.
- The seller will forward the results of the inspection to you in the mail, along with records of the condition of the related product before shipping.
- If A/S is available, we will arrange a collection service with a local courier and communicate the information to you (including arranging a collection schedule).
A/S fee
- For A/S that qualify for an upper reason, the seller will cover shipping costs.
Reasons for non-A/S
- After 7 days of receiving the product
- Failure to submit an unpacking video of missing / defective / broken components
- The actual product is not defective, but the package box and enclosed card were dented in transit
- Due to paint bleed, surface scratches, bond marks, surface bubbles, mould lines that occur during the production of the product
- Due to the same reason of the product purchase notes
